Responsibilities: Lead a team of 8 engineers, develop features for the Learning Management System (LMS) and also launch a mentoring platform to the market.

Achievements:

• Was instrumental in reducing the tech outsourcing budget by 82% and the overall tech budget by 33.5%.
• Increased user experience rating for the LMS from 4.1/5 to 4.7/5.
• Launched a brand new platform for mentors which achieved 100% adoption.
